Q2: And free samples are offered or not?
A: Yes.
Q3: What's the warranty time for your products? If any broken, what I will do?
A: 2 to 3 years for most of our products. During warranty time, we will arrange the new replacement to you for free of charge by quality problem.
Q4: How about the delivery time?
A: Usually 7-10 working days. And it would be 15 working days while material inverntory shortage.
